We are planning to celebrate it all over the world! This will give every Member of the Club the opportunity to play a part in our great family of Talbot Owners. Rather than just one celebratory event that only a few geographically local Members can attend, we are aiming to have as many Members as possible take part in recognising this great achievement by encouraging you to ‘do something local’ with fellow Members who live within easy reach – or even on your own if you are truly remote! It will be series of events for all TOC Members worldwide throughout the year. Projects so far include a half day tour to a local place of interest, a dinner, a visit to a museum, a garden party, a gathering to see a Member’s car collection and a talk on early Talbots, to name just a few. It would be great too to attract TOC Members who have perhaps not got involved with the Club before and the Club will assist by contacting every Member within easy reach of each event to encourage them to participate. We will also be able to feature every event, with photos, in the Magazine and on social media. We can create a big splash for Talbots and our Club! Events organised to date are detailed in the following pages and the list will be updated as the year progresses. There are already more in the pipeline, so keep a lookout for an event near you. Let’s celebrate in style!
